I can't say enough about Major. Great mind and tempermant, there was no quit to him. I rode Major in many States, and even on advanced trails which he picked his way through like a billy goat. Natural front end,  huge lift, action and the most perfect four beat gait you have ever heard. Major had a to die for running walk, keg shod.
